Windswept Fitness offers Fitness Camps for adults of all ages and background. Over the course of one week, campers will be introduced to every aspect of health, nutrition and fitness. Lectures will consist of discussions with a nutritionist, shoe clinics, goal setting and motivation. Workouts will be conducted daily for 5 days and touch on areas such as running, toning, resistance training, agility and plyometrics.
