journey forward

Join us Saturday October 15th for the second annual Journey Forward Making Steps Walk. This 1.25 mile walk is an inspirational journey that help raises funds for Journey Forward. Journey Forward is 501(c)3 organization dedicated to bettering the lives of those with spinal cord injuries through an intense exercise program. Led by founder Dan Cummings, our clients come together to prove doctors and medical professionals wrong by regaining movement and function and accomplish their goal of walking again.

Everyday we take steps to better our lives. For some the steps are harder than others. Dan Cummings suffered a spinal cord injury leaving him paralyzed. With the support of many he changed his world regaining his ability to walk and proved that anything is possible. Dan has committed to walking a mile to thank all those who helped him and offer hope to others who have been affected by spinal cord injuries. Each step Dan takes is a gift and we need your help to give that chance to others. Support Dan as he continues his Journey Forward and bettering the lives of those with spinal cord injuries.

It takes over 2,000 steps to walk a mile, it took Dan 7 years to learn how to walk again and take those steps. Sponsor a step or more.
